Sadaf is an Iranian-Canadian lawyer who was raised in Victoria. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Gender Studies at the University of Victoria, her law degree from the University of Leicester, and completed her articles at Hutchison Oss-Cech Marlatt prior to being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021. Sadaf practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Employment, Wills and Estates, Real Estate, Corporate, and Immigration.
In her practice, Sadaf believes that clear communication is key. She truly listens to her clients to fully understand their needs and goals, and works with them to develop a plan of action suited to their unique circumstances. She takes the time to explain legal issues and respond to any inquiries to ensure her clients fully understand their legal standings and options.
Outside of work, Sadaf spends most of her time with her family, volunteering, traveling, reading, and hiking with her dog Enzo. Given her strong ties to the community, Sadaf is excited to grow her practice and provide her services in French and Farsi (Persian) right here in Victoria.
