Under the direction of our partners, our articling student will guide you through the Small Claims process. You will be assisted with the completion and review of court forms and directed through the filing and serving of them.
The Self Help Program will enable you to represent yourself at the settlement conference and trial and allow you to proceed informed and prepared.
The flat rate for this service is $250.00, payable at your initial meeting.
