Robert B. Hutchison
Mr. Hutchison is a third generation Victorian and a former Olympic athlete.
He was called to the British Columbia bar in May 1957 after articling with Crease
and Company where he carried on a general practice particularly in the area of
civil litigation. In 1982 he was appointed to County Court of Vancouver Island.
In 1990 he moved to the Supreme Court of British Columbia, where he presided
over a variety of criminal and civil cases until his retirement in December 2004.
Mr. Hutchison offers mediation and arbitration services for all types of disputes
and in circumstances where parties have an agreement to arbitrate or mediate.
